When developing equipment for roasting and processing raw materials, we often thought about how to create an ergonomic technique that will not only cope well with heat treatment, but also preserve the useful properties and structure of seeds, nuts and coffee.
To solve these problems, conventional drum roasting was not enough: when it collides with the surface, the raw material is destroyed, and the volume of carcinogens also increases in it.

The principle of operation of the roaster is that the grains are fried inside a cylindrical drum, from the bottom of which hot air is supplied, which moves in a closed circle. The product is intensively mixed - the boiling process occurs. This method allows you to achieve maximum uniformity in the roasting of raw materials, even if the temperature is lower than in static, by 20-30°C.
